SHIPPING

Standard shipping is free for orders over 1000,00$ with Customs Duty always charged to the buyer.

Shipping is charged to the buyer for orders less than $1000,00:
– Italy 40,00$
– EU countries 40,00$
– non-EEC countries 40,00$

Please note for UK, Norway and Switzerland customers, Customs Duty and Import VAT will be charged and are due prior to delivery.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, except holidays. Estimated delivery time is within 3-7 days.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Boutique Italia gladly accepts returns. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it to us within 30 days. Shipping and customs are charged boutique italia only if there are faulty products or manufacturing defects. In any other case, all costs are borne by the buyer.

Extra UE returns and size changes are customer’s responsibility.
